Please note, we will be having a silent auction at the banquet. If you would like to donate an item or basket for the silent auction that would be greatly appreciated! There will also be a dessert auction that will benefit the amateur group. If you are an amateur and you donate a dessert to the auction, you will have completed your year end awards requirements for 2026.

The 2025 WSQHA convention will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn located in Issaquah, Washington. Scheduled meetings will take place throughout the day on Saturday. The awards banquet will take place Saturday evening starting at 5:30.

The cutoff date for our great room rates is 12/21/25. Rooms will be $149 a night for a single king as well as a double queen. Use the link found below to reserve a room.

Once you open the link, if you wish to stay two nights, click on Book a Room and then click on the $149 button, You will see a total for two nights. Continue to payment.

If you wish to stay only one night, use the following directions:

Copy and paste link in address bar.
Click on Book a Room.
Click on Edit Stay in the upper right hand corner of your screen. The dates of convention will appear in the top center space. Click on the dates to change your stay to one night.
Click Done
Once you change your dates, click on blue Update button at the top of the page.
Click on Quick Book. Your total should be $167.63
