Ambassador Program intern

The newly formed, elite WSQHA Intern Program brings together outstanding young men and women between the ages of 14 to 18 from the WSQHYA membership.  They will promote the association, it’s programs and initiatives along with the American Quarter Horse.  This program encourages youth to become active and engaged citizens through service and to develop leadership, speaking, and organizational skills. In many cases, they are able to earn school credit by participating in these events and activities and the Board will work with each individual and their school to accommodate unique needs.  There will be four interns competitively selected based on demonstration of leadership, an interest in community service, maturity, and integrity.  Once chosen, these individuals will receive show stall bags, listing on the WSQHA website, inclusion on the WSQHA Facebook site and special training in addition to future special benefits
