Open Show Competition 

Welcome to Washington State Quarter Horse Associations Open Show Competition.  This program promotes the accomplishments of registered Quarter Horses that compete at Washington State Horsemen shows.  

There are two parts to the program. First is the Year End awards program for the highest point earning Quarter Horses in three divisions, Halter, Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle. All WSH approved shows, specifically offering Quarter Horse Halter, West­ern Pleasure & Hunter Under Saddle will count towards the WSQHA Year End Awards program.  Only Quarter Horse classes & Championship Halter will count towards this program.

The second part is fourteen pre selected shows will be awarding a High Point Quarter Horse at these fourteen shows with a high point award sponsored by Washington State Quarter Horse Association.

To be eligible for the First awards program you must

a) Become a member of Washington State Quarter Horse Association

b) Enroll the Quarter Horse you are showing in the program

c) Provide a copy of the registration papers.

Once enrolled, you will receive a copy of the Year End Awards program report.  You are responsible for filling out the report and submitting it to the points keeper for your WSQHA year end awards tabulation.  All forms and information can be found on WSQHA.com
